This policy explains what data 11homes.co and elevenhomes services collect, why, and how you can control it. We only collect what we need to find you a property and get in touch.
Who we are
elevenhomes is an international real estate agency with offices in Dubai, Istanbul and Tbilisi. For any data question write to hello@example.com.
Data we receive
From forms: name, phone, email, preferred messenger, language, budget, purpose of purchase, countries and properties of interest, your message, the call time you pick.
Technical data: the page the request was sent from, campaign tags (utm), language and device type. Favourites, comparisons and saved searches stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Messages in messengers and social networks when you write to us there.
Why
To answer your request, select properties, arrange a viewing or video call, and support the purchase and residence or citizenship application.
To understand which pages and campaigns bring clients and to improve the site.
Selections by email or messenger — only if you asked for them; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis
Your consent given with the checkbox in the form, and performing your request. You can withdraw consent by writing to hello@example.com.
Who we share data with
Developers, lawyers and partners — only for the properties and services you chose, and only as much as needed.
Services the site runs on: hosting in Germany (EU), Telegram to notify our managers, CRM. They process data on our behalf.
We do not sell data or share it for other companies' advertising.
Retention
Requests and correspondence — up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Transaction records — as long as the law of the country of the deal requires.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or get a copy. Write to hello@example.com; we reply within 30 days.
Social media and video
We publish videos about our properties on our own pages on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, VK, Telegram and Rutube through their official APIs, using access to our own accounts only.
Through these APIs we do not receive or store other users' data. Comments and messages you leave us on social networks are used only to reply to you.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses technical cookies to work (language, staff sign-in). If web analytics is enabled, it collects anonymised visit statistics.
Security
Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); only staff who need it for their work have access, and every action in the admin panel is logged.
Children
The site is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the version date is shown at the top.
